Antipasti

Italian Antipasto    Prosciutto di Parma, Salami, capicollo, provolone & fresh mozzarella cheese, artichokes, marinated mushrooms, olives, eggplant, roasted red peppers, and fresh basil.

House Antipasto    Homemade fresh mozzarella cheese, grilled vegetables, roasted red peppers and tomatoe. (Available without cheese)

Eggplant Rollatini    Eggplant rolled with ricotta cheese and spinach mix topped with melted mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce and baked in Italian terracotta.

Mozzarella Caprese    House made fresh mozzarella cheese, tasty tomatoe slices, basil, and sprinkled with extra virgin olive oil.

Pasta e` fagioli soup    Totally vegetarian! Made to order

Fried Calamari    Dusted with flour & flash fried, served with Diavola sauce.

House greens, mozzarella cheese, red peppers, gorgonzola cheese grilled eggplant,garbanzo beans, olives, pepperoncini peppers and tomatoes tossed with our house dressing. (Available without cheese)

Sunday Sauce   Select cuts of beef, pork, simmered for hours with tomatoe sauce served over home made rigatoni.

Penne puttanesca   Penne pasta tossed with capers, tomatoe sauce, and Gaeta olives.

Cheese ravioli   Fresh pasta stuffed with ricotta cheese and topped with our own house sauce.

Portobello ravioli   Made especially for us - fresh pasta stuffed with portobello mushrooms and served with our own chopped tomatoe sherry sauce.

Penne Norma   Penne pasta tossed with grilled eggplant, mozzarella cheese and tomatoe sauce.

Linguini sausage   Italian sweet sausage tossed with tomatoe sauce over linguini.

Gnocchi Pomodoro   Delicate potato pillows tossed with tomatoe sauce.

Linguini Bolognese   Linguini topped with our own housenade meat sauce.

Pesto Gorgonzola   Penne tossed with chicken in a gorgonzola pesto sauce.

Penne Enzo   Penne tossed with onions, peas and shrimp in a light cream sauce.

Baked Penne   Panne tossed with ricotta, mozarella cheese, and our own tomate sauce and baked in Italian terracotta.

Elsa’s Pane-cotto   Escarole tossed with sausage, white cannelini beans and large chunks of toasted bread - “An Old World Neopolitan” dish.

Eggplant Rollatini   Thin sliced eggplant stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese and baked in Italian terracotta.

Eggplant Parmigiana   Thin sliced eggplant layered with mozarella and parmessan cheese and tomatoe sauce baked in Italian terracotta.
