Tony Bianco, originally from Montreal, along with executive chef Enzo Addario welcome you to Hot Tomatoe Italian Restaurant. Our charming neighborhood Trattoria is located in Deerfield Beach on the east side of Federal Hwy., between Hillsboro and SE 10th Street.
Hot Tomatoe brings you all the flavors of the traditional Italian kitchen along with a soothing ambiance and personal service. We take pride in preparing every dish for you as ordered with fresh homemade pastas, breads, roasted red peppers, marinated eggplant, pasta sauces, meatballs and much more.
Tony and Enzo personally shop for the best and freshest vegetables, fish and meats at least 3 to 4 times a week to ensure that the freshest top quality ingredients are used in the preparation of your favorite meal.
Chef Enzos heritage is the Campagna region of Italy where he learned to blend the finest culinary traditions of his family and culture. Cooking from centuries-old recipies and customs is what makes Hot Tomatoe unique.
FOR EAT IN OR TAKE AWAY As always our house made pastas and breads are made daily! Chef Enzo creates mouth watering dishes, combining the finest ingredients with his first hand experience in traditional Italian kitchens.
Our fresh homemade Pasta dishes are a favorite with our regular customers and are served either as a complete meal or as a side dish with your preferred chicken, veal or fish entrees.
