Elsa Addario is the executive chef and owner of Hot Tomatoe Neighborhood Bistro located in charming Deerfield Beach. Elsa created Hot Tomatoe combining first hand experiences of the traditional Italian kitchen. Hot Tomatoe is a truly family affair, as Elsa's brother Enzo is the sous-chef de cuisine, personally preparing many of the delectable dishes.

Our Fresh Catch of the Day like our whole pompano is a house specialty and is often fresh off the boat from our local fishing fleet!
